On March 21, the home economics department visited the goat cheese dairy at the Vulkanhof farm in Gillenfeld. We produced our own cheese from fresh goat's milk in small vats. We were able to taste different types of cheese from the farm, and at the end we were allowed to stroke the goats in the barn.

Many thanks to lovely Valea, who accompanied us on this day. We had a lot of fun, it was very varied, interesting and above all very tasty!
